Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to Taxi E.A.. Requesting any of our services implies full acceptance of the following conditions.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings made through the website are requests. The booking will only be considered effective once Taxi E.A. or the assigned driver has contacted the client (via WhatsApp, email, or phone) to confirm availability and trip details.
2. Prices and Payments
- Prices are indicative until final confirmation or will be governed by the official taximeter according to current regulations, unless a fixed price is agreed for interurban services.
- Payment will be made directly to the driver at the end of the service, either in cash or by bank card.
- Tolls and parking required by the client are not included unless otherwise indicated.
3. Waiting and Delays
- Airport: We include flight monitoring. We wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
- Urban Point: A 15-minute courtesy period is granted at the agreed pickup time. After this time, the service may be cancelled or waiting time charged.
4. Luggage and Passengers
The client must inform about the volume of luggage when booking. Taxi E.A. reserves the right to cancel the service or request an additional vehicle (at extra cost) if the luggage exceeds the safe capacity of the reserved vehicle.
5. Conduct and Cleaning
Respectful behavior is required in our Premium vehicles. Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol inside is prohibited. In case of extreme dirt or damage caused by the client (vomiting, breakage), a charge for professional cleaning and loss of profit will be applied.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified as far in advance as possible. Taxi E.A. reserves the right not to accept future bookings from clients who do not show up ('No Show') without prior notice.
